By signing up and actively using the cashemails4u.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. cashemails4u.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with cashemails4u.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the cashemails4u.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
As of 2-24-08, We no longer accept new members from the following countries: China, Hong Kong, India, Poland, Russian Federation, Taiwan, and Thailand. If you sign up from one of these countries, your account will be deleted, without warning.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. Those using a proxy, should contact admin before signing up.

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing cashemails4u.com account. You may not share payment accounts with another cashemails4u.com account holder.
You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your cashemails4u.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by cashemails4u.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with cashemails4u.com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from cashemails4u.com. limited to no more than (100) per day.

Do not use hotmail.com, msn.com, or live.com when signing up with the program. They block emails from the site.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from cashemails4u.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and cashemails4u.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and cashemails4u.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of cashemails4u.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
cashemails4u.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or cashemails4u.com program, even if cashemails4u.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, cashemails4u.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:
Must Earn 10% of Payout from on site Earnings
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by cashemails4u.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the cashemails4u.com program. Members must be at least 25% as active as their downline to earn referral commission.

cashemails4u.com will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by cashemails4u.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.


Beginning January 1, 2008, members from the following countries may only redeem for ads: China, Hong Kong, India, Poland, Russian Federation, Taiwan, and Thailand.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with cashemails4u.com and may result in legal prosecution. cashemails4u.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. cashemails4u.com may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. cashemails4u.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.

PTP activity requirement:
The PTP feature is an additional earning opportunity. You must be an active clicker on email and PTC ads. To avoid abuse, you must have 10% personal earnings per $1.00 PTP earnings, example: $3 PTP page earnings = $0.30c in personal earnings. Personal earnings are paid mail earnings, paid to clicks, and contest ptc earnings. If found to have more PTP earnings than the 10%, your PTP privileges may become suspended until you come current with the personal earnings requirement. Once you become unsuspended and current with the personal earnings, if you get suspended again for PTP abuse, your PTP privileges will become suspended permanently and you risk termination of your account.

Activity requirement
Members must log in at least every 30 days and click at least 1 tracking link. Just logging in will not be considered as active. New members must click 3 links within the first 10 days of membership or the account will be deleted.

Vacation mode:
When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back. Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not receive downline earnings, payouts requested or random payments. If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact support@cashemails4u.com and let me know so that your account does not get deleted.

CHEATING:
Members who are caught cheating will have their account terminated and will not be paid their earnings. Cheat links WILL be used to find non-English understanding members and those using cheat software! If you are found cheating at other sites, your account may be deleted at cashemails4u.com.

Instances of cheating include the following:

1) Clicking on 3 or more cheat links.
2) Caught using automated software to access the site.
3) Bookmarking PTC pages.
4) Having multiple accounts. Examples: same IP address, same Payment Account or same computer ID.
5) Clicking on more than 15 incorrect turing numbers in a month.
6) Having incorrect or false info listed in user's account
7) Have bad interests selected in their accounts such as donate my money, no understand English, I cheat, or delete me
